Project scope

Modulor is performing the works of the last phase of this project, that being the completion of the works on the underground garage, construction of the modern developmental dental-research center and the implantological center for the needs of the faculty and is also doing the landscaping. The total surface area of the newly constructed complex will amount to 3.668.08m2. The main building with two is being constructed on the empty part of the plot towards the Nebojsina Street, which will make it blend in with the buildings on the neighbouring lots, thus completing the street front.
