Project scope
We divided the reconstruction into two phases, tracts A and B with a total square footage of 1,964 m2. The reconstruction included the construction of the building's thermal protection, the replacement of the roof covering, the complete reconstruction of the interior of the building with the replacement of interior and exterior woodwork, and asphalting of the road.
