Radenko Bandic

 

Immediately after completing his studies in 1987, he starts his career as the Head of Construction Maintenance Service. In the period from 1987 to 2000, he was engaged in a numerous projects for construction and maintenance of various facilities, mostly for business purposes. 

He has been working in Modulor since 2006 as a responsible construction contractor. He has led more than 30 construction and reconstruction projects, of which the most significant are:

  • Upgrading and reconstruction of the administrative building, Navip halls and technical sewage of Pepsi Dobanovci,

  • Upgrading primary school "Knez Sima Markovic" in Barajevo and primary school "Vuk Karadzic" in Sremcica,

  • Construction and reconstruction of primary school "Branko Radicevic" in Batajnica and reconstruction of primary school "Dositej Obradovic" in New Belgrade, as well as kindergartens "Poletarac" and "Cigra" in New Belgrade, and upgrading of the Karadjordje School Dormitory and reconstruction of the Student Center Palic,

  • Reconstruction of the Clinical Center "Dr Dragisa Misovic", GAK General Hospital in Novi Pazar, Clinic "Dr Laza Lazarevic" Padinska Skela, and General Hospital in Pancevo, reconstruction of the GAK National Front - daily hospital and neonatology,

  • Reconstruction of a large number of facilities: home for accommodation of people suffering from autism-New Belgrade, Center for Social Entrepreneurship-Belgrade, Administrative building of the Faculty of Biology-Belgrade, TK Center Bezanija-New Belgrade, swimming pool April 11th Novi Beograd, restaurant Kovnice novca-Belgrade.


From current projects he finds most significant: construction of the Pavilion of Prison in Sremska Mitrovica, SOT Border Crossing Point, Cultural Center Palic and the Faculty of Dentistry in Belgrade.

He is an exceptional expert in his area and someone who unselfishly passes knowledge to younger colleagues. In Modulor he has the status of the Director of structural engineering department, and he is recognized in the market of Serbia and the region as an exceptional engineer and expert with the top knowledge and experience.

He has a large number of licenses for design and execution of construction works.
